1986-06 RESOLUTION NO. 86-06
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A "LOADING
ZONE" ON THE SOUTH SIDE CURB FRONTING THE CIVIC
CENTER ON BARTON ROAD
WHEREAS, Section 22507 of the State Vehicle Code permits local
agencies to restrict by resolution the parking or standing of vehicles on
certain streets;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the south side curb fronting the Civic Center on
Barton Road be designated a "Loading Zone" for the exclusive purpose of
loading and unloading equipment.
SECTION 2. City Staff is directed to place necessary curb markings
providing notice of this action.
ADOPTED this 23rd day of January, 1986.
