1986-40 RESOLUTION NO. 86-40
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A "NO
PARKING" ZONE AT THE INTERSECTION OF DE BERRY
STREET AND ORIOLE AVENUE.
WHEREAS, Section 22507 of the State Vehicle Code permits local
agencies to restrict by resolution the parking or standing of vehicles on
certain streets;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That areas of the intersection of the DeBerry Street and
Oriole Avenue be designated as a "No Parking" Zone.
Legal Description: Easterly 45' and westerly 45' of the northerly
curb line of DeBerry Street, said 45' beginning at the intersection of
the southerly projection of the curb lines of Oriole Avenue as they
intersect the northerly curb line of DeBerry Street.
SECTION 2. That City Staff is directed to paint the above designated
curbing red.
