2013-02 RESOLUTION NO. 2013- 02 oB A RESOLUTION OF THE OVERSIGHT BOARD FOR THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE ADOPTING AN ADMINISTRATIVE BUDGET FOR THE PERIOD JULY 1, 2013 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2013 WHEREAS, the Oversight Board for the Successor Agency to the Grand Terrace Community Redevelopment Agency ("Oversight Board") has met and duly considered administrative expenses of the Successor Agency for the period July 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013, as presented in the Administrative Budget for the same period; and WHEREAS, the administrative expenses listed in the Administrative Budget are necessary costs and expenses in order to continue the Successor Agency through the dissolution process provided for in ABx1 26 and AB 1484; and WHEREAS, staff of the Successor Agency will also include administrative expenses as presented in the Administrative Budget in the Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule for the period July 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013 (ROPS 13- 14A). NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Oversight Board, as follows: SECTION 1. The Oversight Board finds and determines that the foregoing recitals are true and correct. SECTION 2. The Oversight Board approves and adopts the Administrative Budget for the period July 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013, incorporated herein as Exhibit "A". SCETION 3. The Executive Director of the Successor Agency is hereby authorized to transmit the Administrative Budget to the California Department of Finance, County Auditor-Controller, and any other relevant agency. The Executive Director is further authorized to carry out all other acts necessary and required by the Health and Safety Code and any other relevant law. PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Oversight Board for the Successor Agency to the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Grand Terrace, held on this the 20th day of February, 2013 by the following vote: AYES: Board Members Shliields, MirandhL,.
