A RESOLUTION OF THE OVERSIGHT BOARD OF THE
SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF GRAND
TERRACE APPROVING THE DESIGNATION OF HOUSING,
GOVERNMENTAL AND REUSE PROPERTIES AND
APPROVING THE TRANSFERS OF HOUSING ASSETS
FORMLERLY BELONGING TO THE FORMER
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO THE GRAND TERRACE
HOUSING AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Oversight Board for Successor Agency to the Grand Terrace
Redevelopment Agency ("Oversight Board" as applicable) has met and has duly considered a list of
various properties formerly held by the Grand Terrace Redevelopment Agency ("Agency"),
including housing properties which designated by the City Council of the City of Grand Terrace to be
within the jurisdiction of the Grand Terrace Housing Authority("GTHA"); and
WHEREAS, the Oversight Board has reviewed the properties which were held by
the Agency, including without limitation housing properties, as set forth as Exhibit "A" hereto
("Property List"); and
WHEREAS, for the reasons set forth in the staff report, and based upon testimony
received, the Oversight Board desires to formally designate housing properties, governmental use
properties and properties held for private reuse, as more particularly described in the accompanying
staff report;
WHEREAS, pursuant to section 34181(c) of the Health and Safety Code, the
Oversight Board has the authority to direct the Successor Agency to transfer all housing assets to the
GTHA;
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Oversight Board, as follows:
SECTION 1. The Oversight Board finds and determines that the foregoing recitals
are true and correct.
SECTION 2. Pursuant to Health and Safety Code 34181(a), the Oversight Board
approves the Property List.
SECTION 3. By approving the Property List, the Oversight Board approves the
transfers of housing assets to the GTHA; such approval shall constitute the approval of the Oversight
Board for purposes of Section 34181(c) of the Health & Safety Code, which action was approved by
the Successor Agency of the Grand Terrace Redevelopment Agency by Resolution No. 12-01.
SECTION 4. The Successor Agency shall maintain on file as a public record this
Resolution and the Property List as approved hereby.

Board of Successor Agency to Grand Terrace Redevelopment Agency, held on this the 18th day of
April 2012 by the following vote:
