A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE,
CALIFORNIA, EXTENDING THE PERIOD DURING WHICH
THE AGENCY MAY RETAIN THE PROPERTIES AT 12569
MICHIGAN AND 11695 CANAL
WHEREAS, the Grand Terrace Redevelopment Agency purchased the properties
at 12569 Michigan and 11695 Canal with the intention of using the site for affordable
housing development; and
WHEREAS, activities to develop the site for affordable housing have not yet been
initiated; and
WHEREAS, the Agency may retain the site for housing, up to an additional five
years; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Grand
Terrace, does hereby resolve that the properties at 1'2569 Michigan and 11695 Canal be
retained for an additional five year period for the purpose of developing affordable housing
for persons and families of low and moderate income.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of April, 2002.
