1979-10 RESOLUTION NO. CRA-79-10
A RESOLUTION OF THE C014MUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE DIRECTING
THE TRANSMITTAL OF VARIOUS DOCUMENTS TO THE
PLANNING COMMISSION AND REQUESTING A REPORT
AND RECOMMENDATIONS THEREON
WHEREAS, the staff of the Community Redevelopment Agency
for the City of Grand Terrace (the "Agency") has .prepared the
Redevelopment Plan for the Grand Terrace Community Redevelopment
Project; and
WHEREAS, the Agency staff will prepare a Report to accom-
pany said Redevelopment Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, The Community Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Grand Terrace does hereby resolve, determine and order
as follows:
Section 1. The Secretary of the Agency is hereby directed
to transmit to the Planning Commission of the City of Grand Terrace
(the "Planning Commission" ) a copy of this Resolution, together
with copies of a Project Area map for the Grand Terrace Community
i Redevelopment Project and the Redevelopment Plan, with a request
that said Planning Commission (1) approve the Redevelopment Plan;
(2) render a report as to conformity of the Redevelopment Plan with
the General Plan of the City' of Grand' Terrace; (3) render a report
or reports pursuant to Government Code Section 65402; and (4)
transmit such approvals and reports to the Agency and to the City
Council of the City of Grand Terrace.
ADOPTED this 26th day of July , 1979 .
