1981-01 RESOLUTION NO . CRA-81 -01
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE COM-
MUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACCEPTING THE PRE-
LIMINARY PLAN FOR THE REVISED GRAND TERRACE
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. PC-81- 02 adopted on January 12, 1981 ,
the Planning Commission of the City of Grand Terrace selected and desig-
nated the boundaries of the project area for the Revised Grand Terrace
Community Redevelopment Project (the "Project") , approved the Preliminary
Plan for the Project, and submitted said Preliminary Plan to the Agency;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Grand Terrace Community Redevelopment
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The Preliminary Plan for the Revised Grand Terrace
Community Redevelopment Project, as formulated and approved by the
Planning Commission of the City of Grand Terrace, is hereby accepted
by the Agency; and the Agency hereby directs that an official Redevelopment
Plan for the Project be prepared.
SECTION 2. The Executive Director of the Agency is hereby
authorized and directed to file the information required by Sections
33327 and 33328 of the Health & Safety Code with the appropriate taxing
agencies. .
