1981-06 RESOLUTION NO. CRA-81- 06
A RESOLUTION OF THE GRAND TERRACE COMMUNITY REDE-
VELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE REVISED GRAND TERRACE
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR CIRCULATION AND
COMMENTS FROM THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND THE
PROJECT AREA COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Grand Terrace has consulted with the Planning Commission and the Project
Area Committee in the preparation of the Revised Grand Terrace Community
Redevelopment Plan; and
WHEREAS, H & S 33346 and H & S 33385 require the Communi'ty- Rede-
velopment Agency'-to-submit the Revised Grand Terrace Community Redevelopment
Plan to the Planning Commission and the Project Area Committee;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Grand Terrace does resol,ve -that: the Secretary of the Agency is authorized
and directed, pursuant to H & S 33346 and H & S 33385, to submit the Revised
Grand Terrace Community Redevelopment Plan to the above mentioned Commission
and Committee for review and comments.
