1981-07 RESOLUTION NO. CRA-81-07
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE, CALI-
FORNIA, INSTRUCTING STAFF TO FORWARD THE RE-
VISED GRAND TERRACE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
PLAN TO THE FISCAL REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE
COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO.
WHEREAS, H & S 33353 requires the Community -RedeVelopment
Agency of the City of Grand Terrace to forward a copy of the Revised
Grand Terrace Community Redevelopment Plan to the Fiscal Review Committee
of the County if said Committee is created; and
WHEREAS, the County of San Bernardino has created a Fiscal Review
Committee;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Grand Terrace does resolve that the Secretary of the Agency is authorized and
directed, pursuant to H & S 33353, to forward the Revised Grand Terrace Rede-
velopment Plan to the County of San Bernardino Fiscal Review Committee.
ADOPTED this 9th day of April , 1981 .
