A RESOLUTION OF THE GRAND TERRACE COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING AND ADOPTING
ITS REPORT ON THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE
REVISED GRAND TERRACE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT AND DIRECTING TRANSMITTAL OF SAID
REPORT AND PLAN TO THE CITY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Grand Terrace Community Redevelopment Agency
( "Redevelopment Agency") has prepared a Redevelopment Plan
( "Redevelopment Plan") for the Revised Grand Terrace Community
Redevelopment Project ( "Project") , pursuant to the California
Community Redevelopment Law, commencing with Section 33000 of
the Health and Safety Code; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33352 of the Health and Safety
Code, every redevelopment plan submitted by the Redevelopment
Agency to the City Council shall be accompanied. .by a report
thereon:
NOW, THEREFORE, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Grand Terrace does hereby RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER
as follows:
Section l : That the above recitals are true and correct.
Section 2 . That the Redevelopment.Agency hereby. approves
and adopts its report on the Redevelopment Plan for the Revised
Grand Terrace Community Redevelopment Project.
Section 3. That the Executive Director of the Redevelopment
Agency is hereby authorized and directed to transmit to the
City Council of the City of Grand Terrace:
(a) Report on the Redevelopment Plan; and
(b) Redevelopment Plan.
Section 4 . That the Secretary shall certify to the passage
and adoption of this resolution which shall take effect immedi-
ately.
ADOPTED this 14th day of May 1981.
