1982-02 RESOLUTION NO. CRA-82-02
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING
ARTICLE V, SECTION 501. , OF ITS BYLAWS PERTAINING
TO "REGULAR MEETINGS."
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Grand
Terrace has established the second and fourth Thursday of each month to be a
more desirable time to hold its Regular Meetings; and
WHEREAS, said Agency has determined 5:30 p.m. to be a more desirable
time hold said Regular Meetings;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Grand Terrace hereby RESOLVES, ADOPTS, AND ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Article V, Section 501. , of the Bylaws of the Grand
Terrace Community Redevelopment Agency, be amended to read as follows:
"Regular meetings may be held without notice in the normal
meeting place of the- City Council on the second and fourth Thursday of
each month at 5:30 p.m. unless the same shall be a legal holiday, in
which event such regular meeting shall be held on the next succeeding
Thursday at the same hour and location."
ADOPTED this 20th day of May, 1982.
