1983-01 RESOLUTION NO. CRA-83-01
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
CHAIRMAN OF SAID AGENCY TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF GRAND
TERRACE, SHEARSON/AMERICAN EXPRESS, INC. , AND MUNICIPAL
SERVICES, INC.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Grand Terrace hereby RESOLVES, DEMANDS, AND ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Chairman of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Grand Terrace is hereby authorized to sign, on behalf of said Agency,
an agreement between the COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF GRAND
TERRACE, SHEARSON/AMERICAN EXPRESS, INC. , and MUNICIPAL SERVICES, INC. A copy
of this agreement is attached hereto and, marked Exhibit "A", and by reference
made a part hereof.
ADOPTED this 27th day of January, 1983.
