JULY 15, 1993
The regular meeting of the Grand Terrace Planning Commission was called to order at the
Grand Terrace Civic Center, 22795 Barton Road, Grand Terrace, California on July 15,
1993 at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Dan Buchanan.

Commissioner Wilson made a motion to approve V-93-01, E-93-04 and TTM-
88-02R1. Commissioner Munson seconded.
The Associate Planner mentioned that clarification was needed of Condition
#2, to state that the applicant shall construct a six foot high solid decorative
block wall around the west facing perimeter of Lot A. Commissioner Wilson
amended the motion. Commissioner Munson concurred.
The Associate Planner also mentioned that they should add as Condition 18
that the map is to be revised to reflect proper front and rear yard setbacks for
Lots 1, 2, 3, 9 and 10 and clarification of lot accesses.
Commissioner Wilson amended his motion to include Condition 18 to clarify
setbacks and accesses as well as to include showing the driveway access to
some of the flag lots that are not specifically identified, including Lot 9 and
possibly Lots 1 and 2, wherever there is clarification required for access and
driveways. Commissioner Munson concurred.

Motion carries. 5-1-1-0. Vice -Chairman Sims voted no. Chairman Buchanan
absent.
