MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING
JANUARY 6, 1994
The regular meeting of the Grand Terrace Planning Commission was called to order at the
Grand Terrace Civic Center, 22795 Barton Road, Grand Terrace, California on January 6,
1994 at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Dan Buchanan.

CONVENED PUBLIC WORKSHOP SESSION AT 6:35 P.M.
The Community Development Director mentioned the most recent Air
Quality Publication and the upcoming Air Quality Workshop, which the
Planning Technician discussed.
The Community Development Director stated she would be on maternity
leave for five months and that Joann Lombardo would take her place as the
Interim Community Development Director.
The Community Development Director discussed the Interim Bike Plan she
will be presenting to City Council with the Commission.

beneficial if the entire area was rezoned to CM, stating that he is the property
owner of the four parcels on Commerce.

IN ORDER TO INCREASE FLEXIBILITY, FACILITATE UNDERSTANDING AND
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CODE. THIS INCLUDES ZONING CODE CHAPTER 18,
SECTION 18.76 (NON -CONFORMING USES), SECTION 18.63 (SITE AND
ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW) AND BARTON ROAD SPECIFIC PLAN DEVELOPMENT
REGULATIONS
