MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING
MAY 4, 1987
The regular meeting of the Grand Terrace Planning Commission was called to
order at the Grand Terrace Civic Center, 22795 Barton Road, Grand Terrace, CA
92324 on April 6, 1987 at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Norman T. Caouette.
PRESENT: Norman T. Caouette, Chairman
Jerry Hawkinson, Vice Chairman
Fran Van Gelder, Commissioner
Stanley Hargrave, Commissioner
Ray Munson, Commissioner
Joseph Kicak, Planning Director
ABSENT: Gerald Cole, Commissioner
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Commissioner Stanley Hargrave
I. City Manager Tom Schwab introduced the new Planning Director David
Sawyer, giving a brief outline of his experience and background.
Planning Commision welcomed the new Director.
II. Staff introduced Title 18, Zoning Code. Commissioners requested
that the changes that are proposed be summarized.
It was further requested by Commissioner Munson that Staff include
parking lot standards and requirements for parking lot surfacing
for all zones. Commission concurred with the request
Motion Commissioner Hawkinson and seconded by Commissioner
Hargrave to set Public Hearing on Title 18 on May 18, 1987
at 7:00 p.m.
Motion passed 5:0
The meeting was adjouned at 7:20 p.m.
