APRIL 19, 1979
The regular meeting of the Planning Commission, City of Grand
Terrace, was held in the Community Center, 22140 Barton Road,
Grand Terrace, California, on April 19, 1979 at 10:55 P.M.
PRESENT: Commissioners: Tony Petta; Thomas A. Tillinghast; Doug Erway;
Jack Allen; Hugh Grant
Staff: Seth Armstead, City Manager; Ivan Hopkins, City
Attorney; John Shone, Acting City Engineer;
Myrna Lindahl, Secretary
ABSENT: gone
1. Planning Commission Minutes of March 1, 1979
Approved on motion of Commissioner Tillinghast, seconded by
Commissioner Allen, and carried unanimously.
2. Appoint & Authorize Individual to Sign Zoning Maps & Notices
of Determination
The City Manager was given authorization to sign zoning maps
and notices of determination on Motion of Commissioner
Tillinghast, seconded by Commissioner Allen, with AYE
votes of all present.
ADJOURN The Planning Commission adjourned at 10:56 P.M.
