Executive Director Successor Agency, Betsy Adams, gave an overview on the status of the sale of
Assessor's Parcel Numbers 0275-242-10 and 0275-242-11 to O'Reilly Automotive Stores.
B. Update of Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule for Period of July 1, 2012 through December 31,
2012

t should be pointed out that Fresh & Easy is
also a large chain and they are no longer going to build in Grand Terrace. Walmart, also a large chain,
has been known to offer to build in other cities and then not been able to fulfill their promise. He feels that
the Oversight Board is the last line of defense for the:City of Grand Terrace and that it is their purpose to
be cautious in the disposal of its assets.

Receive the information on the status of the Successor Agency's Recognized Obligation Payment
Schedule for the period of July 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012 (ROPS2) and approve a Resolution
adopting the amended ROPS2.

Stated that the Staff Report indicated that a letter from.the Department of Finance approving ROPS1 and
ROPS2, with-the exclusion of the items deleted by the DoF, was attached to the report. The letter was
not attached to the report and she requested a copy of the letter.

C. Consider Meeting Schedule for July and August
It was the consensus of the Oversight Board Members to hold their regular meeting on June 20, 2012..
Also, if the need arises, a special meeting will be called on June.27,.2012. It was the consensus of the
Board to cancel the July 4, 2012 regular meeting. It was also the consensus of the Board to cancel the
August 15, 2012 meeting and to hold a special meeting on August.22, 2012.

Board Member Cindy Saks:
Stated that she receives informational emails from the county indicating that the Board Members
representing the County should-receive copies of the contracts that are listed on the ROPS. She realizes
that it is a lot of work, however, if-there are some contracts that have already been scanned, she would
like copies. Also, she would like.to see expenditures that are going out, related to the:ROPS, in some
-form of a financial statement.
