Approve a Professional Services.Contract with Rosenow Spevacek Group, Inc. to provide the Successor
Agency with assistance to prepare required reports and assemble tax allocation (tax increment)
information and calculation of certain pass-throughs not done by San Bernardino County Auditor
Controller.

August 15, 2012 meeting and to hold a special meeting on August.22, 2012.

the Oversight Board is the last line of defense for the:City of Grand Terrace and that it is their purpose to
be cautious in the disposal of its assets.
