A. Letter to Department of Finance on Successor Agency Available Fund Balance
Not to send a letter to the Department of Finance that all of the Successor Agency's available fund
balance be "swept" as required under Assembly Bill (AB) 1484, however, staff will monitor the situation in
the event that things change and a letter should be sent in the future.

B. Due Diligence Review-Authorization to Contract with Auditor
Adopt a Resolution of the Oversight Board of the Successor Agency of the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Grand Terrace affirming and ratifying the action of the Successor Agency of the
Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Grand Terrace authorizing Successor Agency staff to
engage the services of an auditor, Rogers Anderson Malody Scott, to perform RDA Due Diligence
Review, as required under AB 1484, in,the amount not to exceed $15,000, pursuant to Health and Safety
Code.
