Receive the Due Diligence Report for the CRA Low Mod Income Housing Fund. Convene a Special
Meeting of the Oversight Board on October 10, 2012, to approve transmittal of the Due Diligence Review
report to theDepartment of Finance and all other cognizant agencies required-by H & S Section 34179.6.

Board to cancel the July 4, 2012 regular meeting. It was also the consensus of the Board to cancel the
August 15, 2012 meeting and to hold a special meeting on August.22, 2012.

the Oversight Board is the last line of defense for the:City of Grand Terrace and that it is their purpose to
be cautious in the disposal of its assets.
