Board to cancel the July 4, 2012 regular meeting. It was also the consensus of the Board to cancel the
August 15, 2012 meeting and to hold a special meeting on August.22, 2012.

Receive the Due Diligence Review Report for the CRA Successor Agency Non-Housing Funds and direst
staff to return the report to the Oversight Board at its regular meeting on December 19, 2012 for final
approval before transmittal to the Department of Finance and all other cognizant agencies pursuant to
California Health and Safety Code Section 34179.6.

Incorporated and the City of Grand Terrace Extending the Term of the Agreement to December 31, 2013
Adopt a Resolution Approving and Ratifying the amendment to the Professional Service Agreement with
Albert A. Webb Associates Incorporated and the City of Grand Terrace extending the existing
Professional Services Agreement until December 31, 2013 which authorizes the Executive Director to
sign the amendment to the Professional Service Agreement.
