the July 4, 2012 regular meeting. It was also the consensus of the Board to cancel the
August 15, 2012 meeting and to hold a special meeting on August.22, 2012.

the Oversight Board is the last line of defense for the:City of Grand Terrace and that it is their purpose to
be cautious in the disposal of its assets.

C. Early Termination Agency Agreement with Grand Terrace Chamber of Commerce Due to Department of
Finance Determination
_ To adopt a Resolution authorizing the Executive Director of the Successor Agency to take all actions
necessary and permitted to terminate the Agreement with the Grand Terrace Chamber of Commerce.
