Oversight Board Meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at 4:00 PM.

the July 4, 2012 regular meeting. It was also the consensus of the Board to cancel the
August 15, 2012 meeting and to hold a special meeting on August.22, 2012.

has been known to offer to build in other cities and then not been able to fulfill their promise. He feels that
the Oversight Board is the last line of defense for the:City of Grand Terrace and that it is their purpose to
be cautious in the disposal of its assets.

Minutes Oversight Board March 6, 2013
Adopt a Resolution approving and authorizing Addendum Three of the Purchase. and Sale Agreement
and Escrow Instructions between the Successor Agency and O'Reilly Automotive Stores, Inc. And
forward the Agreement to the State Department of Finance for review and authorize the Successor
Agency's Executive Director to forward Addendum Three complete all actions necessary to compete the
sale of the property.
