Successor Agency to the.Community Redevelopment Agency to the City of Grand Terrace; and

August 15, 2012 meeting and to hold a special meeting on August.22, 2012.

the Oversight Board is the last line of defense for the:City of Grand Terrace and that it is their purpose to
be cautious in the disposal of its assets.

Adopt a Resolution transferring property identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 1167-151-73 from the
Successor Agency to the Community Redevelopment Agency to the City of Grand Terrace, and
Direct Staff to forward the adopted Resolutions to the Department of Finance.

Office for Immediate Distribution tothe Taxing Entities
Receive and file the Final Determination Letter from the Department of Finance related to the 'Other
Funds" Due Diligence Review; and
Adopt a Resolution approving the remittance of Successor Agency funds to the County Auditor-
Controller's Office for immediate distribution to the taxing entities.
