A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND
TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A PROJECT DELIVERY
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE AND STATE
OF CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Grand Terrace is eligible to receive Federal and/or State
funding for certain Bridge Projects, through the California Department of
Transportation; and
WHEREAS, a Project Delivery Agreement needs to be executed with the
California Department of Transportation before such funds could be claimed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Grand Terrace desires to delegate
authorization to execute a Project Delivery Agreement (Administering Agency — State
Agreement) as approved by the California Transportation Commission per resolution
LB1 B-G-1920-01 and any amendments thereto to the City Manager; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Grand
Terrace, State of California, hereby:
1. Approves the Project Delivery Agreement between the City of Grand
Terrace and the State of California, Department of Transportation, in
substantially the same form as provided in the City Council Agenda Report
dated June 9, 2020.
2. Authorizes the City Manager to execute the Project Delivery Agreement and
any amendments thereto with the California Department of Transportation,
along with any related documentation in furtherance of the Project Delivery
Agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Grand
Terrace at a regular meeting held on the 9th day of June 2020.

California Agreement (Standard Agreement) for the amount of$65,000, and any and all
other documents required or deemed necessary or appropriate to evidence and secure
the LEAP grant, the Applicant's obligations related thereto, and all amendments thereto.
SECTION 3. The Applicant shall be subject to the terms and conditions as
specified in the NOFA, and the Standard Agreement provided by the Department after
approval. The Application and any and all accompanying documents are incorporated in
full as part of the Standard Agreement.Any and all activities funded, information provided,
and timelines represented in the Application will be enforceable through the fully executed
Standard Agreement. Pursuant to the NOFA and in conjunction with the terms of the

SECTION 12. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the City
Council, and the City Clerk shall certify the vote adopting the resolution.
