On July 12,2016,the City of Grand Terrace Entered into
an Exclusive Negotiations Agreement with Dr.McDuffee
(Owner of Animal Emergency Clinic).
Dr.McDuffee’s Clinic needed to Relocate because of
Interchange Project
Dr.McDuffee wanted to Purchase City owned Land for
new clinic site.
On July 12,2016,the City of Grand Terrace Entered into
an Exclusive Negotiations Agreement with Dr.McDuffee
(Owner of Animal Emergency Clinic).
The Land Dr.McDuffee wanted to Purchase was
committed to Another Project.
The City renegotiated the terms from the other project to
allow Dr.McDuffee to purchase land.
On July 12,2016,the City of Grand Terrace Entered into
an Exclusive Negotiations Agreement with Dr.McDuffee
(Owner of Animal Emergency Clinic).
The City also entered into a Disposition and Development
Agreement (DDA)with Dr.McDuffee to have first rights to
purchase land owned on Lacross and Barton Rd.
