the Infrastructure for the Entire Area is approximately
$20,000,000,Far Exceeding Lewis Land Developers
Responsibility.
The MOU Will Commit Existing City Resources,Lewis
Land Developer Project Resources and
Reimbursement by Property Owners Within the
Gateway Specific Plan.The MOU Also Commits the
City to Fund $1.5 Million in Storm Basin and Storm
Drain Improvements.
