The MOU Will Commit Existing City Resources,Lewis Land Developer Project Resources and Reimbursement by Property Owners Within the Gateway Specific Plan.The MOU Also Commits the City to Fund $1.5 Million in Storm Basin and Storm Drain Improvements.
