My mother and I own the property located at Grand Terrace, CA, 92313. This property sits directly
behind your proposed project on the western most parcel that you intended to be used in your project facing Barton Rd.
Our property is zoned R‐2, and has two occupied homes on the lot. The rear home near the back of the property and is a
three bedroom 2 bath home.
Our only concern is that your proposed project not be put so closely to the property line as to disturb the occupants of
the homes. We would prefer that no 24 hr. a day business be located there or one that stays open past 10:00 pm.
We would suggest that a block wall be built on the property line to help deter any noise and/or pollutants from said
businesses at no cost to us.
