36 ORDINANCE NO. 36
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, REZONING ASSESSOR'S
PARCEL NOS. 277-452-05 AND 277-451-17, ZONE
CHANGE E219-121 (ZC 80-03)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Grand Terrace,
following a public hearing held in the time and manner described by law, in
which all evidence and testimony was duly heard and considered, and recommended
the rezoning of the property hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, this rezoning is consistent with the General Plan of the
City of Grand Terrace; and
WHEREAS, this rezoning will have no significant environmental impact
as provided in the negative declaration filed herein;
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Grand Terrace
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The following described real property is hereby reyoned
in the manner stated, and the zoning map is hereby amended accordingly:
FROM MR-T TO C-2-T
Said property is located on the north and the south side of
Industry Street, approximately 430 feet west of Michigan Street, known as
Assessor's Parcel Numbers 277-452-05 and 277-451-17.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect at
12:01 a.m. on the 31st day after its adoption.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall cause this Ordinance to be posted
in three (3) public places designated for such purpose by the City Council .
Section 4. First read at a regular meeting of the City Council
of said City held on the 7th day of August , 1980, and finally adopted
and ordered posted at a regular meeting of said City Council on the
21st day of August , 1980.
