AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA., APPROVING ZONE CHANGE
FROM AP, C<1-17, C-2-T, R-2-1, AND R-3-T TO AP-T,
C-2-T, AND R--3-T ON 300 + ACRES ON LOCATION GEN-
ERALLY BETWEEN MICHIGAN STREET AND VISTA GRANDE
AVENUE AND BOTH SIDES BARTON ROAD, ZONE CHANGE
E221-11q (ZC 80-5)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Grand Terrace,
following -a public hearing held in the time and manner described by law,
in which all evidence and testimony was duly heard and considered,
recommended the rezoning of the property hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, this rezoning will have no significant environmental
impact as provided in the negative declaration filed herein:
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Grand Terrace
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The following described real property is hereby
rezoned as shown on Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" attached hereto and
incorporated herein:

AP, C-1 -T, C-2-T, R-2-1, AND R-3-T
TO
AP-T, C-2-T, AND R-3-T
Said property described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" attached,
subject to the following conditions:
1 . The requirements of "T" Standard No. 368;
2. A public hearing site approval (location and development
plan) be submitted for approval at the time of development.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect at
12:01 a.m. on the 31st day after its adoption.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall cause this Ordinance to be
posted in three (3) public places designated for such purpose by the
City Council .
SECTION 4. First read at a regular meeting of the City Council
of said City held on the 6th day of November, 1980, and finally adopted
and ordered posted at a regular meeting of said City Council on the 20th
day of November, 1980.
