58 ORDINANCE NO. 58
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING ZONE CHANGE
FROM A-1-5 AND R-1 TO PUD ON LOCATION GENERALLY AT
THE S/E CORNER OF HONEY HILL DRIVE AND PALM
AVENUE, ZONE CHANGE NO. 82-01.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Grand Terrace,
following a public hearing held in the time and manner described by law in
which all evidence and testimony was duly heard and considered, recommended
the rezoning of the property hereinafter described and shown on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and incorporated herein; and
WHEREAS, this rezoning is consistent with the General Plan of the City
of Grand Terrace; and
WHEREAS, environmental impacts which may affect the property
hereinafter described were mitigated by provisions required in the focused.
Environmental Impact Report;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following described real property is hereby rezoned in
the manner stated, and the zoning map is hereby amended accordingly as shown
on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein:
FROM A-1-5 AND R-1 TO PUD
All that real property in the County of San Bernardino, State
of California, described as follows:
The northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 4,
Township 2 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridian,
except the following described property:
Remainder Parcel A:
The southerly 545.00 feet of the easterly 400.00 feet of said
Section 4.
Remainder Parcel B:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said Section 4;
Thence south 0° 40' 54" east, 73.00 feet along the east line
of said Section 4;
Thence north 80' 06' 27" west, 131.95 feet;
Thence north 561 35' 26" west, 84.88 feet to a point in the
north line of said Section 4, distant south 880 58' 16" west,
200.00 feet from the northeast corner thereof;
Thence easterly along the north line of said Section 4 to the
point of beginning.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect at
12.01 a.m. on the 31st day after its adoption.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall cause this Ordinance to be posted in
three (3) public places designated for such purpose by the City Council .
Section 6. First read at an Regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 28th day of January, 1982, and finally adopted and
ordered posted at a regular meeting of said City Council on the llth day of
February, 1982.
