89 c ORDINANCE NO. 89 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE GRAND TERRACE MUNICIPAL CODE, SECTION 10.16.020 RELATING TO THE STORAGE OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLES. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Grand Terrace Municipal Code, Section 10.16.020 is hereby amended to read as follows: "10.16.020 Commercial Vehicles Left Standing. - No person who owns or has possession, custody or control of any commercial vehicle or truck having a load capacity of more than one (1) ton shall park such vehicle or leave such vehicle standing upon any street, alley or public roadway within any residential zone for the purpose of storage of such vehicle. If such vehicle is parked, left unattended or left standing on a street, alley or public roadway within a residential zone, other than for loading or unloading purposes, it shall be presumed to be parked for the purpose of storage." Section 2. Effective Date - This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect at 12:01 a.m. on the t day after its adoption. Section 3. First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on the 28th daffy of March 1985, and finally adopted and ordered posted at a regular meeting of said City Council on the 11th day Of April 1985.
