Brian Phelps, Chairman called the Parks & Recreation Advisory Committee Special,Meeting to
order at 6:13 p.m.

the April 11, 2019 Minutes

Sandra Molina, Planning & Development Services Director gave the Power Point
presentation for this item.
Minutes Parks Ft Recreation Advisory Committee May 9, 2019
Discussion was held with staff and members of the public in attendance on the
following topics:
i. Description of Project and Project Site
I Learn what the community wants/need in the pool '
iii. Brainstorm and prioritize ideas for pool design features
iv. Community ideas for pool recreational features
V. Prioritize and select recreational features
vi. Where will each recreational feature be located and what it will look-like
vii. Safety challenges and solutions
viii. Beautification project ideas
ix. Next Community Meeting scheduled for June 1, 2019 to be held at Grand
Terrace Community Day-
