A RESOLUTION OF, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE,
CALIFORNIA, CANCELLING THE NOVEMBER 23, 20V., REGULAR CITY COUNCIL
MEETING
WHEREAS, on August 10, 2006, the City Council adopted its City of Grand Terrace Council
Procedures; and
WHEREAS, on January 13, 2015, the City Council revised its Council Procedures;
WHEREAS, under Section 1.1 (Regular Meetings) of Council Procedures it states: "The Regular
City Council Meetings are held on the second and fourth Tu_esday of every month, beginning at 6:00
p.m."; and
WHEREAS, November 23, 2021 is the second scheduled City Council meeting of the month of
November; and
WHEREAS, considering the impending 2021 holiday season, the City Council finds that it would
be prudent to cancel this meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE DOES
RESOLVE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER AS.FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.. The City Council finds that the above recitations are true and' correct and,
accordingly, are incorporated herein as findings and a material part of this Resolution.
SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Grand Terrace hereby cancels the regular City
Council meeting scheduled for December 28,2021.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the.City of Grand Terrace at a
regular meeting held on the 121h day of October 2021.
