A regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Grand Terrace
was held in the First Baptist Church of Grand Terrace , 12354 Mt . Vernon
Avenue , Grand Terrace , California , on February 23 , 1981 , at 7 : 00 P . M .

The meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance led by Commissioner
Collins , and oral roll call .

February 9 , 1981 as submitted .

PROPOSAL : Establish Cable T . V . Antenae on . 41 acs .
LOCATION : SE corner of Honey Hill Drive & Palm Avenue

Staff presentation is made by Lewis Sullivan . Applicant
is proposing to relocate a Cable T . V . Antenae Station
from present location to a new location on same site .
Staff recommends approval of this site approval and type of

the Commission may require added conditions to insure
the compatability of this use with the proposed sub-

Rick Renarickie , representative of Teleprompter Cable
T . V . , explains the type of antenaes and towers to be
used on this site .

PROPOSAL : Lot line adjustment on 5 parcels
LOCATION : South side of DeBerry , East of Whister
REP : Wes Engineering
Staff presentation is made by Lewis Sullivan . Applicant
is proposing to straighten out the east property lines
of Lots 1 thru 5 , formerly known as Tract 9625 , Lots
15 , 16 , 29 , 30 and 45 .
Staff recommends approval of Tract 11847 and the
waiving of the filing fees .

Staff prepare a Resolution of Accommodation for
the Church thanking them for the use of their
facilities for the past year .
