was held in the Terrace View Elementary School - Multi -Purpose Room ,
22731 Grand Terrace Road , Grand Terrace , California , on April 13 , 1981 ,
at 7 : 00 P . M .

The meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance led by Commissioner
McDowell , and oral roll call .

and Time of Planning Commission Meetings .
COMMISSION ACTION :
MOTION BY : Andress SECOND BY : Bartel
CARRIED : Unopposed by all present .
PCM 81 -19 Commission moves to ADOPT this Resolution .
ITEM #4
PRESENTATION BY THE COUNTY FORESTRY AND FIRE WARDEN
DEPARTMENT .
A presentation was made by Howard Right , Battalion
Chief ; and Captain Brian Richtmyer , Fire Protection
Planner and Engineer .
This presentation covered specific fire engineering
concerns for better fire protection for Grand Terrace
and some suggestions on how the Planning Commission
might implement these recommendations .
ITEM #5
MANUFACTURED HOUSING/MOBILE HOMES
Discussion was held on how to implement an Ordinance
covering Manufactured Housing/Mobile Homes to comply
with Senate Bill 1960 .
Commission adjourns meeting at 8 : 57 P . M . to reconvene on April 20 ,
1981 at 7 : 00 P . M .
