Zoning Ordinance
Proposed Zone Ordinance philosophy was discussed . Consensus
was reached as to Residential zones , animal keeping , commercial ,
industrial zone , and Conditional Use Permits . Staff to integrate
Commissioner ' s suggestions into zone ordinance .
ITEM #2 Resolution No . PC 81 -07
PCM 81-36 Tetley moved , Collins ' secondeded and voted unanimously with
Commissioners Andress and Bartel absent to approve Resolution
No . PC 81 -07 .

Non-Agenda Items - Staff reminded Commissioners to attend
League Workshop on August 29 , 1981 .
