The Grand Terrace Planning Commission regular adjourned meeting of October
1 , 1981 was called to order at 6 : 45 P . M . in the Planning Department
Conference Room , 22795 Barton Road , Grand Terrace , California by Vice-
Chairman Sanford L . Collins .
ROLL CALL : Commissioners Present : Cole , Collins , DeBenedet , McDowell
and Smith
Commissioners Absent : Andress , Bartel , Erway ( Excused )
and Tetley ( Chairman )
Others Present : Virginia Farmer , Director
Planning Department
NEW BUSINESS :
PCM 81-44 MOTION by Commissioner Smith , seconded by Commissioner
DeBenedet and passed unanimously by all present to
adjourn to a study session for the Zone Ordinance .
PCM 81-45 MOTION by Commissioner McDowell seconded by Commissioner
Cole to adjourn to October 5 , 1981 at 6 : 30 P . M . in order
to finish studying the Zone Ordinance .
There being no further business , the meeting was adjourned at 8 : 45 P .M .
to an adjourned Public Work Session to be held October 5 , 1981 at
6 : 30 P . M . in the Planning Department Conference Room.
