The Grand Terrace Planning Commission regular adjourned meeting of October
5 , 1981 was called to order at 6 :40 P . M . in the Planning Department
Conference Room , 22795 Barton Road , Grand Terrace , California by Chairman
Frank 0 . Tetley .
ROLL CALL : Commissioners Present : Andress , Bartel , Collins , DeBenedet ,
Erway , McDowell , Smith and Tetley
Commissioners Absent : Cole
Others Present : Virginia Farmer , Director

OLD BUSINESS :
The meeting was convened by the Chairman at 6 : 40 P . M . for the purpose of
studying the proposed Zone Ordinance .
Lengthy discussion and study of the Zone Ordinance was held .
• PCM 81-46 MOTION by Commissioner Collins , seconded by Commissioner
DeBenedet and passed unanimously to adjourn .
There being no further business , the meeting was adjourned at 8 : 57 P . M .
