The Grand Terrace Planning Commission Special Meeting of January 25 , 1982
was called to order at 7 : 30 P . M . in the Terrace View Elementary School -
Multi -Purpose Room , 22731 Grand Terrace Road , Grand Terrace , California
by Chairman Frank 0 . Tetley .
ROLL CALL : Commissioners Present : Cole , Collins , DeBenedet , Erway ,
McDowell , Smith ,and Tetley
Commissioners Absent : Andress and Bartel
Others Present : Virginia Farmer , Planning Director
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Tetley at 7 : 30 P .M . The
meeting was adjourned to a joint meeting with the City Council and
Economic Development Committee in order to view slide presentation and
discussion of Community Redevelopment in the City of Duarte . City
Manager Ken Caresio presented the the program.
The meeting was adjourned at 9 : 00 P .M .
