MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING
SEPTEMBER 9 , 1982
The Grand Terrace Planning Commission special meeting of September
9 , 1982 was called to order at 7 :00 P . M . in the Terrace View Elementary
School Multi - Purpose Room , 22731 Grand Terrace Road , Grand Terrace ,
California by Chairman Douglas E . Erway .
ROLL CALL : Commissioners Present : Cole , Collins , DeBenedet , Erway ,
McDowell , Munson and Smith
Commissioners Absent : Andress (excused ) and Bartel
Others Present : Virginia Farmer , Director
Planning Department
NEW BUSINESS :
The special meeting was called for the purpose of receiving
presentation by Larry Wolff, Architect of plans for a proposed
fire station to be located on La Alba Court .
The Chairman announced a possible conflict of interest for
Commissioner DeBenedet . Commissioner DeBenedet left the rostrum
and remained seated in the audience during the presentation and
discussion .
Meeting was adjourned at 8 : 43 P . M .
