Notice is hereby given to all persons, pursuant to Chapter 15 of the Municipal Code of the City of Grand
Terrace, that administrative proceedings have been commenced with respect to the premises located

that such proceedings are based upon the non-compliance of such premises with the requirements of the
City of Grand Terrace Municipal Code; that every owner, or vested owner, of said real property waives his
