Background
1989 the City required developers of Tract 13364 to form
Assessment District No. 89-1 for the purpose of maintaining
landscaping and lighting serving new projects.
Tracts 14264 and 14471 were annexed into the District as
Annexation No. 1 and there have been 5 subsequent
annexations.

Recommendations
1.Conduct the Public Hearing.
2.Adoption of a resolution approving the Engineer’s Annual Levy Report and
ordering the levy and collection of assessments within the City of Grand
Terrace Landscaping and Lighting District for Fiscal Year 22-23.
3.Approve the Auditor-Controller/Treasurer/Tax Collector Agreements for
Collection of Special Taxes, fees, and assessments for the District and City
for FY 22-23.
Total assessment for Fiscal Year 2022/2023 is $60,816.13
