50 feet, Staff recommends 50 feet.
2 Internal cross street width Proposed at 12 feet, Condition no 8 requires
25 feet, Staff recommends the aisle be striped as one-way, 12 feet is
acceptable, Staff prefers 15 feet.
3 Easterly internal street exit into commercial area Staff recommends the exit
be used for emergency purposes only and a turn around area be provided.

4 Guest narking spaces RV portion of stteplan is short two standard
parking spaces (one guest space and one space for the on -site manager),
Staff recommends one guest space be added to the northerly end of the RV
area and one space be designated for the resident manager in the area west
of the pool area.
5 RV area and commercial area separation These two areas should be
physically separated with controlled openings for pedestrian and vehicular
access Staff recommends the pool area wall as shown on the schematic
west elevation should be located as shown on the attached drawing
