comments regarding this proposal.

Recommendation
The project is consistent with:
The General Plan and Zoning Designation
Promotes economic development
The Minor Deviation is consistent with the Municipal Code requirements.
The Architecture, Landscaping, Public Art will enhance the “downtown” character and complement the surrounding development.
Staff recommends the Planning Commission
Approves the Project by Adopting the Resolution.
