Secretary's Report Christina motioned to accept with changes in date and members present, Louise 2"d 2 yes 0 no 0

Treasurers Report Renae motioned to have report amended for December to properly reflect the items distributed in
December for the Country Fair and anniversary Invitation payout and current months treasurers report, Louise 2nd 4 yes
0 no 0 abstain

Art show May 6, 2023
Becky —Tablecloths are being purchased by Christina
Contacted the high school and Daniel Galindo 6-14 ages, Mike Miller to provide snacks and catering license with us
absorbing the $100 fee, has not reached out to Grocery outlet going to do so Going to go with Mike to get ABC license
Debra opened bank account for HCAC, application with City is completed also Eventbrite is opened up, Debra has placed
on Facebook
Lori — Called Sweetlife and have not heard back she will go down because that is what Becky had to do last year
Renae — Middle school contacted but need to follow up, same with Senior Center Going to contact Bobby for Spanish
guitar because the violinist and guitar duet prices have gone up, per Debra That way we do not need to use a Bluetooth
speaker
Christina — Going to update the flyer with shortened URL
Student art display throughout the year at city hall To replace the current "flyers" that are in there now Put word out to
artists in the city as well as beginning with the winners of this year and runners up this year
2023 Meeting goals tabled until summer
Prospective members for the 2 open seats must be 18 and residents of Grand Terrace
The entryway post, Becky would like our group on there, so the City is tasking us to find the community service
organizations to include them all with logos so they can be submitted to City Mgr Will work on after Art Show
Change of date for Country Fair, suggested October 141h (so the 2"d Saturday of October) or Sept 30th (so the last
Saturday of September) It was decided to ask City to get that date approved Discussion on having,the event at the
same location as last time, Grand Terrace Business Park High cost of insurance was brought up as a prohibitor Debra
reminded us that we need to ask for a new amount for our budget We receive $600 from the City currently, $1000
suggested from Becky, Renae suggested $1200, Debra suggested $2500 and possibly we could get down to $1500 So
that way we can get on council calendar for this coming budget
Next meeting is the Monday before the event Making sure to get everyone to email any updates in the interim
