Mayor Bill Hussey convened the Regular Meeting of the City Council for Tuesday,
April 25, 2023, at 6 00 p m
Council Member Jeff Allen requested that the Regular Meeting of the City Council
adjourn in memory of Grand Terrace residents, Dale Showman and Doyce Nicola

Adam Collier, Vice -President of Planned Communities, and Brian Ortwein, Vice
President of Multi -Family Development with the Lewis Group of Companies, gave a
PowerPomt presentation updating the City Council on its current project

12 Memorandum of Understanding Between Colton Joint Unified School 'District and City of
Grand Terrace Regarding Crossing Guards
Council Member Rodriguez -Robles moved, with a second from Council Member Allen to
approve the Memorandum of Understanding retroactively for school year 2022-2023
and direct staff to re -negotiate future contracts for crossing guards and return to the City
Council with a recommendation
