Conclusion and Recommendations
The project is consistent with:
General Plan Designation and promotes economic development
Zoning Designation and meets all the development standards
There are no anticipated impacts related to traffic, parking,
queuing, and noise.
The building architecture, landscaping, demonstration garden,
and public art will enhance the surrounding development.
Staff recommends the Planning Commission
Consider Approval of the Project, Adopting the
Resolution.
