If you wish to address the City Council and Planning Commission/Site and Architectural Review Board, you are invited to complete a Request to Speak Form available at the entrance and present it to the City Clerk. Speakers will be called upon by the Mayor at the appropriate time and each person is allowed three (3) minutes speaking time. Pursuant to the provisions of the Brown Act, no action may be taken on a matter unless it is listed on the agenda, or unless certain emergency or special circumstances exist. The City Council and Planning Commission/Site and Architectural Review Board may direct staff to investigate and/or schedule certain matters for consideration at a future City Council and Planning Commission/Site and Architectural Review Board meeting. PUBLIC COMMENT This is the opportunity for members of the public to comment on items on the agenda only. At a special meeting of the City Council and Planning Commission/Site & Architectural Review Board, pursuant to California law, the City Council and Planning Commission Site & Architectural Review Board will only be taking public comment on items listed on the agenda. B. NEW BUSINESS WORKPLACE HARASSMENT TRAINING FOR CITY SUPERVISORS AND CITY OFFICIALS 1. This course provides participants with information and training related to quid pro quo harassment and hostile environment harassment and is required every two years. This course provides an overview of the harassment policies, as well as relevant state and federal laws governing conduct in the workplace and retaliation.
