DEPARTMENT: CITY MANAGER ADJOURN The Next Regular City Council Meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. AGENDA REPORT MEETING DATE: August 8, 2023 Council Item TITLE: Priority Projects Workshop (Continuation) PRESENTED BY: Konrad Bolowich, City Manager RECOMMENDATION: That the City Council review and provide feedback as appropriate. 2030 VISION STATEMENT: This staff report supports Goal #1, Ensure our Fiscal Viability and supports Goal #5, Develop and implement Cost Effective Proactive Communication Program BACKGROUND: This item was first brought to the City Council on June 27, 2023, continued to a Special Meeting Workshop on July 11, 2023, and again continued to August 8, 2023. As part of the FY 2023-24 budget discussion, there was a review of City Council recommended priority projects. The Council was provided a list of completed projects as well as projects in progress and still pending review. DISCUSSION: This is an opportunity to review the pending and in-progress projects. It is anticipated that Council will engage in discussion of the current priorities, and relevancy of each project as well as make additions and deletions to the existing list as necessary. The intention is to utilize this workshop and if necessary, an additional workshop to identify current priorities for the community. Future workshops will then be held to discuss the relative importance of the projects and the financial impacts associated with each project. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT None. FISCAL IMPACT: None.
